If you have been disqualified and are still driving then this is also considered as crime under the section of 103 road traffic act, this will also charge you 6 months of imprisonment or £5000, and you may get disqualified again until you pass your re-test. If you drive on a public place or a road without any care and attention you can face problem because this offence comes under the section 3 as careless driving; you might be fined for £2500 and 3-9 points and you may be disqualified till you pass your re-test.
